QHP is the sole recognized code-based quantum circuit in this architecture. QUIRQ is its governed runtime. PennyLane was used only as an external proving instrument through which Joshua L. Lopez demonstrated execution of a QHP-defined circuit.
QHP carries source identity, quantum relation, spatial identity, media behavior, measurement events, admissibility, authority, provenance and witness in one circuit topology. AURA resolves and materializes that QHP circuit across quantum and media substrates without severing identity.
Joshua L. Lopez defines the state, relation, governance, projection and witness topology in QHP.
QUIRQ applies structural inspection and constitutional admission before materialization.
PennyLane can serve as an external execution environment demonstrating that the QHP-defined circuit runs.
The same QHP circuit can execute on live Metal and project through media while preserving one identity.
The recorded run used PennyLane's default.qubit environment to execute the all-pairs circuit already defined by QHP. The state vector returned by PennyLane is evidence of QHP execution through that proving substrate. It is not evidence that PennyLane independently invented or possesses the larger QHP circuit architecture.
